Biography:

Becky is responsible for maximizing growth through effective leadership and management of the day-to-day operations for Absolute. This includes the implementation of company strategy for both short- and long-term projects to optimize workflow and productivity. Becky has over two decades’ experience in the real estate industry and has represented clients in an array of real estate transactions.  Becky has excellent negotiation skills and effective communication are the benchmark of her success. She is organized, patient, and her client’s strongest advocate. Her top priority is to provide an incomparable level of service regarding each transaction. Becky’s approach to appraisal management is both practical and passionate, and she deeply values her relationships with clients and fellow industry professionals. Becky understands that each client is different, each situation is unique. This is why Becky takes the time upfront to fully understand how she can best assist each person she works with. When working with Becky, you should expect a lot of fun, laughs, the highest levels of professionalism. When Becky is not working, which is not often as she enjoys what she does so she doesn’t see it as work. However, she loves spending time with children Dakota and Sadie. She also enjoys a good happy hour with friends, a great music playlist, and relaxing reading a great book by the pool.
